Dafna (Aishwarya Rai), daughter of Ranjeet, has other plans in life and decides to stay away from the underworld. She meets with a stranger and tells him about her plan to escape from the underworld whose men are after her. The stranger, Rathod (Sunil Shetty), agrees to help her but forces her to marry him so that he can ensure she goes into hiding. Frightened for her life and unable to escape, Dafna agrees and agrees. She goes into hiding with Rathod and his sister, who has a small child. The family lives in fear and under the protection of the mobster. Dafna does not accept her new life and resents Rathod's cruelty to her. Rathod wants Ranjeet to meet a wanted man, a criminal named Hingora who is currently at large. Hingora is a childhood friend of Ranjeet and wants to meet him in order to apologise for his crimes he did during their childhood years but Ranjeet never forgave him for kidnapping him while he was young. When Dafna and Rathod leave for Hingora's house, they are spotted by Ranjeet and his men. Rathod must choose between saving his family or getting revenge on Ranjeet.
